If a girl sees me as her brother does that mean she trusts me, and would rather be best friends?

I have this best girl friend who is 2 years younger than me, she has a little girl who is 3 and is expecting another child in the summer. She considers me as a brother (because she has no real biological brothers). We have hung out together several times, we took her girl trick or treating a couple years ago. I have been to about every birthday party for her little girl. we engage in deep convos in person and on Facebook most times lasting up after midnight. When my mom passed away back in June, she came to the funeral with her boyfriend and brought flowers for me :) and yes she has a boyfriend but I'm OK with that I don't ever see myself with her in that capacity. But I do buy her, him, and, her daughter a Christmas gift every year, and birthday. I know a lot of people would call this being in the friendzone, but I see it as just a guy and girl who work better as best friends/ siblings rather than a romantic relationship. and honestly I think it has a deeper meaning than most romantic relationships. It says I'm here for you anytime. Do you think this is a good friendship to keep :)
