I want to be his friend again and be back in my old friend group. They abandoned me because I ditched my roommate who was all of our friend. I want to hang out with them but they will never text me first. I deleted their numbers. What should I do? I've been thinking about them for months

Do not have sex with this guy. You'd honestly just be fucking him to get back into a group of friends that you want to be with. It sounds like you're asking whether or not to use somebody to get what you want. Please make the correct decision, and be a loyal person.
