Its easy with the "clasp" bars but can you do it with a sports bra. Now that is expert level.
I'm into magic and I not only know how it's done, I can do it myself with just 3 (or is it 4?) fingers on one hand.
Your way seems too involved., but I've only ever done it my way under a t-shirt or short sleeve.

In February it will be the second anniversary of my first bra. I'm still working on that trick. I suppose I could get my daughter to show me.
I have never seen girls doing such sort of stupid thing.
But I have seen them taking off their underwear without taking off their mini-skirt.
A) you're 18
B) Why is it stupid to take a bra off?
I had the basic technique figured, but never would have thought of those gadgets and whatnot.
This is not rocket science. This take has some outstanding advice.
It's not a mystery to those who have actually taken one off a woman before. It's just hooks. You pull the opposite way to loosen and then let go.
