Sometimes we are in hurry that we don't even realize what we are wearing, or sometimes we have a really high self confidence. And sometimes it is all about being crazy! Who cares fashion!

I remember seeing a couple of these somewhere else. Hard to imagine how someone can go outside looking like that. Cameras and cell phones everywhere. No where to run, no where to hide. It's common to find at least someone looking out-of-fashion in the nyc subway. Fun place to be for entertainment.
