Dita Von Teese it UP for the Winter-Time

Dita is one of my all time favorite style icons...no wonder since most of her style icons are legit 30's to 50's style legends...

Since it is getting colder and you have to be bundled up - mostly inside as well - maybe these little styling inspirations will trigger a change or a revival of your own style journey to a more chic you!

A classic double breasted coat paired with shiny ankle high boots - where can you go wrong? Nowhere...especially if it's all in black!

This snazzy little number is eye catching and marvelous in every sense of the word for sure! It's for business, but can also be for pure pleasure... Mind the crazy high heels, though!

A royal ensemble with the faux cape look. Amazing... Especially paired with a pencil skirt to match!

Tweed/wool combination for the winter nights with thigh-high boots is the right way to pair those risky boots with! Why? Tweed and wool are innocent, quite business-like fabrics, while thigh-high boots are more risque - but in this combination - pure dream!

Military coat of army green color with high heels and a chic WW2 reminiscent hat - madness in the fashion world - but also genius! It's a thin like after all!

For those enormous coats you want to chic-up, belt them! Simple... Also pair the belt with some very high gloves - vampy glamour!

High heels decorated with same color details and a classically glamorous coat of the same color - where can you go wrong with this?! You can pair this with a long-fur (faux or not) neck and arm pieces, but it's not mandatory... Dita, however does...just because it's another step further into exclusivity of it all...and we all love her for that!

Ms. Teese is always known for dressing in a retro style, like those of the Hollywood golden age and is rarely seen in jeans, or casual wear.

She is bit of a collector, notably wigs, corset, lingerie;she originally worked at a lingerie store as a teen and from there she never stop loving the classic look of 40–50’s era.
