I did a question recently about this
Girls, do spend more time enjoying your assets or judging how good your assets are?
and I thought a mytake might drive it home in some ways a little better.
I know a lot of girls have trouble with one friend. The friend does not talk but speaks volumes, they do not listen but have a lot to say, they don't hold back and they show you everything for better or worse
It is the mirror
The mirror can be cruel but it is how we look at ourselves and how we see ourselves that can be the worst. That middle picture there, brings strong emotions, some for those that see that weight in the mirror as beautiful but also for the pictures purpose which is for anorexia. Anorexia is a terrible thing. My point with this is, we can be harder on ourselves than we deserve. It is about what we see in that mirror and how we perceive ourselves. I think it is good to enjoy what we have and to stop harshly judging ourselves and letting others judge us too. Now I am not saying that it is wrong to watch things to an extent. There is a difference between body pride and being healthy. But we need to embrace what we have.
No matter what, no matter what age or size, small or large, or even medium
Embrace who you are and what you have. Remember. It is also about who you are and how you hold yourself
Because if you personality shines, so do you, no matter what your appearance is. But again, just own who you are and embrace it :)
