Ummm it's fine. The assistant manager was flirting with me. And he thought that I was a cute girl and that he'd vouch for me. Sooooooo... That's kinda how I got in. I'm just trying to get my way in by looking cute. Lol!

Flared skirts are fitted at the top and then wider at the bottom, so a circle skirt I think would also be a flared skirt

A circle skirt means if you lay it out flat then it'll make a full circle like this:

A skater skirt usually is a circle skirt; they're designed to look like skirts worn by figure skaters. Therefore they tend to be quite short, whereas 'circle skirt' can describe a skirt that shape but of any length

By full skirt I just meant a skirt with a lot of material in it

I'm probably not the best person to ask as I've never had to do an interview haha. I suppose it depends what it's for, like if it's for some job with a really formal dress code then regrettably I'd say probably don't wear a skirt as employers may not be as enlightened as we are about it :/ - it's the system that's wrong not you! But still..
