Girls, other than dresses skirts and even shorts, what are "feminine clothing"?

I get that "dresses" "skirts" and even "shorts" are considered "feminine", now (as they weren't originally) but, what else would still be considered feminine these days?

This is all very subjective, but I tend to feel more feminine when my outfit emphasises some aspect of my body. That could be anything from a strong eye makeup look, to a top that shows off my shoulders and collarbone, to a covered up look with a strongly cinched waist. Soft and silky textures also help. Guys wore very short shorts back in the early `60's. I don't recall girls doing it until the mid `70's.
