I suggest a tight fitting black mini dress and a pair of matching high heeled boots. You may want to show a little bit of cleavage, depending on the place you go to. Make sure that you do not show 'panty lines'. If you want to and can, go braless underneath the dress but do not do that if you have big breasts.

What's your best physical feature? Accentuate that. Like if it's your butt, tight pants and a cute shirt is good. If it's your legs, wear a cute sexy dress.
Personally I think maxi dresses are appropriate anytime.

It is summer so I would just wear a simple sun dress that's a little low cut but not too short, maybe knee length.
