Yay all the way! Especially if the tights are colorful and you put on a pair of nice, low-heel boots (or army style boots. That's what I do, and it's very practical and warm during winter!)

not a fan of that look. only time ill do it is if I'm wearing skins under shorts for a training session or the gym.

  ^This is the 1% of times when tights under shorts look hawt. On a whole, those are pretty bad odds, so I'd suggest erring on the side of caution and forgoing this trend. Or just wearing a skirt. ;)

I feel like it defeats the purpose of the shorts. The exception I make to this is the clubwear type super short "hot pants".
