That's not style that you commonly see. On top of that, generally speaking when you see over the knee boots they are on a a rather hooker looking lady. I had this discussion with a friend recently. I said they looked hooker-ish, then she sent me several pictures of over the knee boots with a much more reserved, classy and professional look. So it largely depends on the style and color of the boot, with regard to if they look slutty or not.
