Are sharp, thin features typical of fine boned people? Most models seem to have sharp features (not strong or broad but not soft either) ?

I mean not bunt or broad, small mouth with thin lips, small nose, thin face..

Well, usually these thin people have naturally a lower body fat percentage all over their body. Including their face. So, yes, thin features would be typical of fine bone people. When it comes to sharpness, that's going to depend on the angle and shape of one's skeletal structure. Like, a thin person could have a round face. Angular would be sharp, round wouldn't even if both are thin.
