It seems like nowadays it’s a common stereotype and a meme. Do you think there’s really any truth to it?
Most often, it is. You get one with pink, blue or or green hair, chances are, she's a psycho! Sadly, they've only got themselves to blame. Had the psychos not started doing that, anyone could wear whatever colour they wanted and no one would think badly of them. Being into psychedelic music and lots of wild colours, I've always wanted to try a sort of rainbow coloured hair, kinda like Todd Rundgren, but with more colours but, with the psychos of today, I don't know that I'd want to risk having aspirations cast upon me for things I never did or thoughts I never harboured. I've always loved rainbows and lots of colours but, the LGBTQ nuts have screwed that all up for those of us who aren't militantly gay, etc., but love rainbows.
I have nothing against gays, trans people or drag queens, I just hate how some have turned it overly militant! I support who and what you are, as long as it's not something you're shoving down everyone's throat or making a HUGE stink out of it.

Guess what? People get judged no matter what you do… Someone will always judge you. Just be your authentic self and you’ll attract people who genuinely like you and repulse those who don’t.
No idea. Colored hair has nothing to do with mental issues

May I turn the question back and ask why do men that play video games and have some "boyish" hobbies get stereotyped as just incel or having mental issues? It seems like nowadays it's a common stereotype and meme.
To be honest, I don't worry about women's hair makes no difference to me.
I've never even heard of this. Ofc there's no truth to it!!!
because you keep repeating it...
who thinks that?
Only by you.
