Going by your (hilariously chosen) examples, i would definitely go for the tattooless one, but some of the most beautiful woman I know personally have tattoos, and i follow a few tattoo instagram accounts (like @tattoofet) and to me it feels like they use their skin as a canvas for a form of art. It also gives me the impression that they're very dedicated people; knowing that it's pretty much permanent, and often having to go through a whole lot of pain, for something that has meaning to them or otherwise makes them happy.

Also, why do people with tattoos assume the tattoo they get will be a) something the other person likes or b) something that reminds the other person of something they don't wanna be reminded of or that may trigger a past trauma.

I think you have chosen much better photos than the ones you picked, they really don't make it a fair test at all and only shows your opinion on girls who chose to tattoo their own bodies. I believe that these photos (which i have chosen) both show girls in similar circumstances, one of which has tattoos, the other does not.

But I think you chose possibly one of the most unflattering pictures of a tattooed female i got my first one two years ago. haven't gotten a new one yet but have no doubt i will be getting more. I would never get one on my face or chest like the one above but i see no problem with them at all my opinions may be biased however as I've always had a love for tattoos and art in general.

Tattoos can be very sexy, but it is very hard to hit the 'just right' mark. There can be too many tattoos, too weird tattoos etc. I enjoy some because it sort of gives a bit of insight to their character.

Tattoos are such a shame on a beautiful girl. Why would someone put something permanently on their skin that they wouldn't hang on the wall? The only cool tattoo I ever saw was of a calendar. At least it was useful for a year.
