I bought a similar necklace to the one pictured awhile ago and I thought it was cute it reminded me of the 90's and the Victorian era, the reaction I got from my friends and crush was dramatic, the guys didn't like it and my crush said "it's freaky" and all my girl friends thought I looked stylish and I thought so too, I wore it with a grey t shirt, tan jacket, jeans and converse, what's up?

No they have different clasps that adjust how tight it is, they look snug but unless you have on the tightest setting (you're a moron) would it actually choke you or make any circulation be cut off
