But my question is: how much is a regular bra supposed to stop the breasts from bouncing?
If I had to say, it's supposed to stop the bouncing during mild movements... like walking. But the breasts are still supposed to bounce a bit when doing more vigorous movements, like jumping, getting up really fast, running, walking really fast, etc.
That's where the sports bra comes in to stop the bouncing 100% completely... but from regular day to day life, with on real constant vigorous movement, just a regular bra is already enough, even if it doesn't stop bouncing in all scenarios. You'll barely be running or jumping or anything in just regular day to day life anyways, so a bra that completely stops the bouncing isn't necessary unless playing sports or exercising.
Is my analysis on this right? Did I miss anything?
