Those fangs certainly are, and I watched a video on this before showing that girls are getting braces and such to move their teeth and create the look.

It can be naturally occuring but some Japanese women get surgery or braces to make their teeth look like that. The fangs aren't fake they're most likely a result the braces. So nothing about it is fake, though the look can be created if it isn't naturally occurring

Please show me any dental records indicating that fangs like the ones in the 3rd picture you posted are naturally occurring in humans anywhere. I love studying abnormal teeth, and those are not in the realm of possible. Short sharp teeth are, but those in the 3rd picture are way too long to be real. The first two sets of teeth are possible naturally. Even so, notice how perfectly snaggled they are. Note the symmetry. Snaggling is normal a result of crowding, and normally they do not come in so evenly and perfectly. The teeth are just shoved into any place they may fit. They do not come in at the same time, and the spaces available do not match. Therefore, the usually come in at different angles. Such symmetry is extremely unlikely unless they were planned. I've seen it naturally, but it's not common. Anything created with surgery, implant, or braces is fake to me.
