I mean I'd say surgery if they actually came out looking as good as that girl in the pic. As a guy that's been with women that's had surgery, they come out of it not looking as good as that. Scars, you can see the unnatural bits, and other oddities. Like nothing's funnier that some swollen tits where one nipple points off where it shouldn't be pointing.
Natural! plastic surgery just shows that you don't like who you are. some people may think you're ugly. some may not. but if someone judges you just by the way you look, forget them. god made everyone pretty. in the face, eyes, nose, mouth, everywhere! and it's a shame that some celebrities don't accept how god made them.

Then why not ( but its a sensitive subject because a lot of people get addicted to surgery and they end up looking really really horrible. But yeah for me personally if you had your ass or boobs or something little done , doesn't matter. As long as your heart is in the right place. Cause personality means more than a nice ass..
Definitely natural. I choose a natural girl over one who has had surgery even if they look exactly the same because the natural girl will age better and is much better at hugging and cuddling lol
Fake boobs feel awful in my honest opinion (maybe it was a bad job, only felt the one fake pair) plus I'm too afraid of breaking something in the moment. Natural all the way.
