Cuz they are the different things but still they became because of eyes position by the way i dont have down turned eyes its just my eyelashes give me that look its my eyes when i lifted my eyelashes

Lmao, why ask for an opinion if you already have such a strong stance. "The eyeballs are set forward in the eye socket", hate to break it to you bud, but your eyes are protruding. It has nothing to do with eye bags
