It’s not too plain, in fact it’s a nice dress, but it strongly depends on the body type of the person who will be wearing it. If they don’t have a body similar to the model, then any extra pudge/rolls anywhere will be blatantly on display, and should she have a large bust, there would be no support up top so the girls will be hurting in no time on the dance floor. Also, check that your school does not have a dress code in regards to that high of a slit like mine did.

It's a little plain but that's not a bad thing it still looks very pretty and sexy but classy. Maybe add a few accessories to jazz it up a bit and you're good to go.
It works if you have the body for it, and it's perfectly tailor-fitted. Otherwise it's gonna look ridiculous.
Rule of thumb - if you want a good dress, you gotta spend on it. What are your physical parameters by the way - height, weight, estimated bodyfat?
Um, does your school allow a dress so obviously sexualised? I would assume the after party and some well spent time with the date is in effect.

No, it's elegant. If you have the body to pull it off it's great.

No not in red i don't think it would look plain.
It looks a bit plain but it's also not bad. Red would definitely look good. most prom dresses I believe carry extra design details with their style. Maybe add some assesories, so that it won't appear plain. Your dress is a similar style as my homecoming dress, but it was burgundy. I would see that dress (in it's current plain state) to be best subtle for another kind of dance and night event like a night party or even homecoming event like I mentioned.
Nah, it looks super cute! I love the style~ if you're worried about it being too plain, if you're getting it in burgundy, I might just wear gold accessories with it (especially if gold complements your skin tone)
Cute, but definitely check if it's going to be allowed before you buy it. That would not have been allowed at my high school.
Nope. I think it’s simple and classy looking, and to be honest during my senior year prom, a lot of girls went for a look similar to this rather than the usual over the top dresses. I think this would be really pretty especially in the burgundy
It looks classy in a way, but I doubt it'd be allowed at some schools, so I'd check on whether it follows the dress code. I think this dress in white or black it looks the best.
Its simple, which is good because you can wear it again. A lot of girls by these luxurious dresses and only wear them one time and I think red would like nice
I like it. In any color. But like others have said, make sure it's allowed at your school. Plus, it might be hard to dance in. What if it tears clear to your hip? It's a really pretty dress. But maybe not practical? I could be wrong.
Amazing dress!! Red sounds very sexie and pretty! Go for it! I would definitely wear it. My own opinion.
No. It's really pretty. And regardless, it's your prom so you should make it about what you want. If you like it, than go for it!
I actually like it in white. With a red lipstick or burgundy lipstick and classic eye makeup you would look so good!
There is no such thing like ''too plain''. This here looks very good. But make sure that it suits your body well (the girl in the photo is likely not you, right?)
It’s a stunning dress, with the right ear rings, and necklace, you’d be the belle of the ball. But I’d suggest a coral color instead of red.
Not at all. It's very elegant. Add a necklace or a few other accessories and it'll look absolutely gorgeous.
It’s a good one. Beautiful dresses I would definitely like to try on
I love wearing a thin tight white mini backless dress with a black lace thong bodysuit and believe it or not on a walk and women see me they tell me that the secretly get off on it
It's perfect if you have the body to rock it. And the right shoes hair , accessories etc
No. I think itll look even better if it was red or burgundy
In red or burgundy? It's definitely NOT too plain. If need be, add a bracelet, necklace, earings, and maybe carry a nurse that matches
