Girls, how long did it take you to walk in 4" + heels?

I have a talent with heels. I've worn 10cm (4 inch) ones once and it took me less than few minutes to walk on them properly, but I usually prefer to wear 2-3 inch ones, because they're much more comfortable.

U never learned to walk on them
I usually wear platform sneakers or oxfords with 1 inch heel, which is really comfy for walking and 2-3 inches heel on special occasions
I never wear heels that high as they tend to shorten my leg
