Trending & News There are a lotta causes for pimples. Usually its hormonal changes, stress, what you eat, etc.
I get em too. Not that often but i started getting it when i was 10 and had them staying on my face till i was 16. Stress makes it come back on me though.
For you, id say first off, reduce the amount of sugar you eat. Believe it or not sugar can be a trigger.
Use medicated face washes that have either salicylic acid or hydrogen peroxide in it (hydrogen peroxide works better for me but it depends on the person). They are usually easy to find in any store.
Find ways to calm your stress whenever you have it. Also try not to touch you face that much with dirty hands because the germs will amp up the acne.
Maybe try to eat less dairy and saturated fats, some peoples system reacts differently to these things therefore causing pimples. Try washing your face once a day with the right product, and try looking for creams that are made to reduce acne, protect your skin from the sun, since you have oily skin use an spf of 30, don’t use products that make your skin dry even if you have oily skin, I have super oily skin and every time I’ve used a product that claims to make your skin dryer just makes the problem worse because as a result your skin will try to compensate for the dryness and that will create more pimples
As long as you wash your face after sweating it’s ok
How bad is it?
I know taking zinc helps with my skin.
It might make you feel weird being a dude and all but indian clay mask + apple cider vinegar (the one with the mother) works pretty well. Or you could just get some of the ACV and dilute it in some water and apply it as a spot treatment on the pimples. I have other stuff I could recommend but it is a bit more on the pricier side.
Have/Do you use any acne medication? If not, it might be good to get into a dermatologist and get something, especially if no other methods have worked for you. I found natural things like rice water and DIY honey face masks helped decrease the blemishes I had, as did using a gentle facial cleanser (How many times do you wash your face?)

Don't touch them... when you touch it another pops up right next to the other!
use moisturizer and make sure to wash your face (not too much tho)

use aspirin! crush it up and mix it with water to make a paste and put it on the blemishes for a few hours (SUPERMODELS USE THIS BEFORE GOING ON CAMERA!! SHHH! make sure u don't have anything planned cause it makes your face red after you wash it off!!)

Probably eating healthy, drinking more water, i also heard that tea tree oil is good but nor for the whole face for the acne spots

Wish I knew. I have the worst forehead acne 🤦🏽♀️ It might be because of the shit I eat, but I refuse to give up my greasy foods gosh darn it !! Maybe I should tho, I don't know

See a dermatologist and see if they can get the right medicine for your skin type. And what kind of acne you have.
That’s why the dermatologist will tell you what type of acne you have.
You could be using the wrong stuff on your skin.
But a good natural oil to help with acne is tea tree oil.
It can reduce the redness. But I don’t think it’s a quick remedy to clear it.
