If you use make up, try to stop using that particular brand. You might be allergic to it and you should check the labels because most make up materials have loads of chemicals so they might create things as pimples. Pimples try to get the crap makeup out, so in result you put more make up on. Then it continues. Look it up more but try going a month without make up, you prob will see a difference. Also changing the brand to a natural one may help if such thing exists.
Take a cold shower, yes I know I said it and yes it will suck. Cold showers will tighten your pores and naturally clean your skin. Take a cold shower everyday when you wake up! It will make you feel much more awake and accomplished! It's a awesome thing and you can handle it! You won't die or get hypothermia!
I don't know about cleansers or soaps but some soaps, which are just chemicals, can cause Achne too! Taking a hot shower (opening pores) then putting soap (chemicals you may be allergic too) on those pores, then putting make up (more chemicals) I would imagine cause a reaction (If your allergic!
Now if your not allergic remember excersise everyday, eat your vegetables, and drink plenty of water!
Exercise to better yourself and get healthier not to clear up achne, that will happen as a side effect!
Eat vegetables: Kale, Spinach, Carrots, Broccoli are all good sources of vitiamins and keep your body and skin healthy! Stay away from refined sugars and fast foods. Have a balanced diet, get enough proteins, vegetables, grains. You can eat fast food, but not as much as healthy.
Drink plenty of water: many people don't drink enough water, you should look up the correct amount for your body. You may be dehydrated and water cleans out your body and skin. Stay away from soda FOREVER!
Achne sometimes just goes away on its own and you don't need to do anything about it. But it will help you LIFE and BODY to do these things if you already don't.
Try to cleanse your colon, go on a cleanse to remove all the crap in your body. It will make you feel much better and more energetic!
Naaah lol I wish it was makeups fault. I don't usually wear makeup atm. And I've had bad acne since I was 8, and I haven't started using makeup until like a year ago. Uck I actually like cold showers but I'm not really supposed to get that cold because of a medical condition that messes up my blood flow. But I'll try taking more. Am planning on excersicing a ton this month, and you guys seem to be saying it's diet so that'll be top change as well if I can help it (rents only ever buy pizza, so it's pizza or oatmeal)
If you have a medical condition DO NOT TAKE COLD SHOWERS! It's not worth you getting hurt over. Achne will come and go! Don't take cold showers if it harms you in anyway okay! Please I just want you to be safe about this! Achne doesn't matter, your health does!
a girl is allergic to makeup. and he is right. never take a cold shower. I love 98 percent hot showers but my health doctor said no more. it could mess up the ______ that you have. ( I don't feel like saying what I say <3)
Haha, it's not that big a deal though. Just say if I was to take a cold shower in the winter and there's no heating working atm, it might be bad. Cuz all the blood flows to my center and I could lose my piggies. T_T But I can't really complain when I run around the snow barefoot lol. I mean nothing bad has happened yet, I don't know if it's a long term thing or in the moment thing. -_- Nah, the acne won't come and go. That's what they said but srsly I've had this since I was like 8, maybe younger and I'm already 17 and my mom said she's pretty sure I'll have the same amount for good like me grandma do. I just reeeeally wish I could have perfect smooth skin on my face, I've like never have had it since I was too little to remember. srsly appreciate your concern and help though. ^^
Yeah no problem, I don't want you losing your toes over this! Haha! Anyway, the diet should be a good change! So should the exercise! Also drinking water! My brother had Achne too! He took pills and still does and it's all smoothed over! Someone here recommend a dermatologist which is a great idea but I prefer the most natural way cause that is healthiest and lasts longer, also free! Haha!
it could b acne. do u have salt? Is so... u could mix salt and water and a little bit of facial soap. make it like a paste. about w table spoons should do. I did it just a few minutes ago and am sitting waiting for 15 minutes and im going to go wash it off. let it sit from around 15-30 minutes. depending on how sensitive you are. but don't be surprised if someone in the house asks what is on your dace. I've tried plenty masks including salt ones for a long time but it did hardly anything.
