If you use make up, try to stop using that particular brand. You might be allergic to it and you should check the labels because most make up materials have loads of chemicals so they might create things as pimples. Pimples try to get the crap makeup out, so in result you put more make up on. Then it continues. Look it up more but try going a month without make up, you prob will see a difference. Also changing the brand to a natural one may help if such thing exists.
Take a cold shower, yes I know I said it and yes it will suck. Cold showers will tighten your pores and naturally clean your skin. Take a cold shower everyday when you wake up! It will make you feel much more awake and accomplished! It's a awesome thing and you can handle it! You won't die or get hypothermia!
I don't know about cleansers or soaps but some soaps, which are just chemicals, can cause Achne too! Taking a hot shower (opening pores) then putting soap (chemicals you may be allergic too) on those pores, then putting make up (more chemicals) I would imagine cause a reaction (If your allergic!
Now if your not allergic remember excersise everyday, eat your vegetables, and drink plenty of water!
Exercise to better yourself and get healthier not to clear up achne, that will happen as a side effect!
Eat vegetables: Kale, Spinach, Carrots, Broccoli are all good sources of vitiamins and keep your body and skin healthy! Stay away from refined sugars and fast foods. Have a balanced diet, get enough proteins, vegetables, grains. You can eat fast food, but not as much as healthy.
Drink plenty of water: many people don't drink enough water, you should look up the correct amount for your body. You may be dehydrated and water cleans out your body and skin.
Stay away from soda FOREVER!
Achne sometimes just goes away on its own and you don't need to do anything about it. But it will help you LIFE and BODY to do these things if you already don't.
Try to cleanse your colon, go on a cleanse to remove all the crap in your body. It will make you feel much better and more energetic!

Shower daily, don't put on makeup/creams for a week, drink only water (2L minimum) and eat healthy. After a week, observe.
Also, be sure to wash your pillow covers once every two weeks.
it could b acne. do u have salt? Is so... u could mix salt and water and a little bit of facial soap. make it like a paste. about w table spoons should do. I did it just a few minutes ago and am sitting waiting for 15 minutes and im going to go wash it off. let it sit from around 15-30 minutes. depending on how sensitive you are. but don't be surprised if someone in the house asks what is on your dace. Drink more water, eat more veggies and fruits. That'll clear the little bumps, but for sever acne try facial washes and switch soaps for your face
Stop using all creams and observe.. I had exactly similar bumps when i started using kojic acid soap but when ever i stopped using it slow they faded.
