Not sure if this is the type of answer you're looking for, but there is NOTHING wrong with cellulite! There is nothing wrong with YOUR cellulite! In the photo you posted all I see is a beautiful woman. If I had seen this photo on its own without cellulite mentioned I would even notice it, really. And now that I notice it, I don't care either, lol.
Also, for the record, NONE of the guys I personally know nor my male friends would care if an attractive woman had cellulite or stretch marks. The only part they care about is being with the woman they like/love, they couldn't give a shit about perceived imperfections. Heck, believe it or not some of them even find cellulite or stretch marks straight up HOT because it makes a woman's body seem more natural and makes a woman seem more approachable/relatable rather than having a pristine body.
So yeah. Basically in short, you're probably way more concerned about this than anyone else. And almost forgot to mention, if you're not attracted to men but instead attracted to women, women also don't care.
If you wanted ACTUAL advice on how to get RID of them... sorry, I don't have that. Lol.
If it's that big a deal to you and would make you personally feel way better, sure, you can work on getting "rid" of them. I put rid in quotes because I hear cellulite will never go away 100%, though you can still lessen them by doing certain things (that I don't know about, lol).
BUT if you want to get rid of them ONLY because you think it makes you unattractive to other people then NO NO NO absolutely DON'T get rid of them. Only get rid of them if it makes you personally feel better, not because you're afraid of judgement from others. Most people really don't care. And if they do, FUCK 'EM. They're shallow fucks anyway, who cares.

Get yourself on a regular exercise program, and watch your diet. Even walking an hour a day can help firm things up, swimming is great for working a lot of the body, and stretching helps a lot too. Jumping rope is a good way to work out different areas and get more toned, and different types of weight lifting can work different areas. Try to get yourself into a routine, you don't need to become a gym rat, but at least do a little bit of something every day, at least for a short time.
Diet, exercise or if you already do it and still get a lot cellulite, you can do some medical treatment like Cryolipolysis, Carboxytherapy or if too bad you can do subcision.
You can consult it with the doctor.

Fasting. The first two days will feel like you are trapped in some two dimensional hell, but after that you will lose two pounds per day as long as you stick to a light exercise routine. Keep fasting until you are 4 pounds under your target then break your fast with eggs.
Since no one mentioned it yet. One way out of this is to cease considering it an issue. Easy to say, hard to master. But the results of reaching a new perspective might be very good. Good enough to see your problem disappear entirely or almost entirely.
I just wanted to add the same as many other people have, that you shouldn't see it as a problem. You look absolutely gorgeous!!
But that being said, we're all human, and you may still want to do things to help. and diet and exercise do seem to be the best way.
But learn to love yourself too xx
Eat a healthy diet rich in fibre and vegetables.
Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.
Exercise, especially endurance and cardio.
Consider massage and aesthetic treatments such as radiofrequency.
Use creams and lotions, although results vary.
Be consistent, as improvements take time.
Part of that is happening just because you're sitting down. I'm sure it's barely noticeable when you stand up.
If you still want make a change, I'd heard good things about the laser treatments. Also, cellulite is caused by fat, I think, so maybe you could try to get leaner?
Exercise can help to reduce the appearance of cellulite - any form of cardio and dancing can be great.

Probably high acidity, cut the carbs and sugar. Water fast is good if you can do it.
Do a lot of cardio do leg squats, leg weight training exercises and watch what you eat
