How can I get rid of loose skin?

It’s making me so self conscious. I lost a lot of weight. I went from a size 12 to a size 6 and I happen to have loose skin in my lower abdomen area.

Hold on for a few years - skin is elastic, if your age is correct you'll have some shrinkage happen naturally. Moisturize diligently.

After a few years, talk to your doc about surgery to remove extra skin. My friend had that done after losing 200lbs and he looked great.

It will fix itself with time but only to a very small degree and that too not always. If you have a lot of loose skin then it’s going to stay that way. It’s impossible to fix it except for with surgeries.
