Girls, My eyebrows suck?

So I just purchased the Anastasia Beverly Hill dipbrow. It was pretty expensive. I love the product and it’s extremely smooth and easy to apply. But I am having an issue. The front of my eyebrow is not doing me good. I want to have the fading effect (image attactched) but it just won’t budge. Any tips?
