She doesn't look terrible, but I don't understand why her toe nails are so mangled and dirty. My toenails are clean and properly rounded, and I can't afford all the pedicures and pampering she can. She's on a red carpet too! She should at least have cleaned her nails.

Okay I looked it up online, and saw more pictures, the shoes she often wears are too small for her wide toes, and she would really benefit from a closed toe pump, rather than a sandal. Her shoes are clearly too small and her foot too long and too wide.
