Looks like a granuloma. These can occur when the immune system recognizes the metal as harmful to the body. Someone already mentioned using a saltwater solution. I’ve always heard that tea tree oil is good as well. It’s a natural antiseptic and antioxidant and it promotes healing of the skin.
Okay so Sounds like that I need to change my jewelry. Thank u!
Okay and where can I find that at?
I was considering buying jewelry online but it’s sooo risky.
Looks like you’re having a reaction to the metal you have in. Change it and clean it with warm salt water.
But that’s the only one that I have rn. The other ones I have are extremely short
It’s not a keloid so you don’t need a doctors yet. Do the salt water soaks and don’t touch it. Once it goes down change the ring. How long have you had it?
I’ve had it since about February but I got my nose piercing in January. At first, the needle she used was too big so i bled a lot and I was having problems finding the right nose ring
Ah yea. Salt water soaks until it goes down then change it. Do you touch it at a lot? My tragus does that shit if I touch it too much/:
I touch it a lot because the bottom of my nose piercing constantly hang out of my nose
I’m always having to adjust it
Girl just leave it 😭😭 let it heal first! I know it’s annoying as fuck but that bump will scar if it doesn’t heal right
Ahh it’s soo annoying tho. I sometimes just feel like taking it out but I really like it
I know people that are sensitive to certain metals. Even wearing a wristwatch causes inflammation.
Oooo I dont know I dont have piercings its probably just inflammed
If u don’t know why even bother answering? Lmao
Im practicing my spelling

Maybe you’re allergic to the type of metal? my ear piercing used to do that when I was little and turns out that I was allergic to the earring
That would require a doc most likely
They can remove it ya
soak it in warm saltwater every night
Regular salt water or sea salt?
I’ve had my piercing for almost 5 months now. I was thinking it is the jewelry that is the issue. It is very long and I move it around so often that it irritates the piercing forming a bump?
I've had my ears pierced for a year and the left one is only now starting to heal properly and not form bumps anymore, after a series of infections. it takes a long time to really get 'normal'. and yeah touching the stud is probably irritating it. maybe get a smaller bar so you can't fiddle with it but not too small or the hole won't have room to breathe
Okay! Some people say that it is a keloid but I know that it’s not a keloid because if it was, it wouldn’t go away, and come back right? I’m just going to get a different nose ring
Lol. People are so quick to call any bump around a piercing a keloid. They’re actually extremely uncommon but thank u for the help
Use only precious metals
