Definitely happened numerous times to many piercings. Let me just mention. If you don't act quick the skin will harden and become more or less permanent unless surgical removal is going to be done.
Anyway. I would honestly sterilize your hands and make a sea salt paste literally with sea salt. I forget if it's iodized or non that works. But google it.
Pop it like a pimple then put the paste on top. It will shrink and heal so fast you won't even believe it. I might be weird but to me it was a bit fun scratching off the dry blood after every sea salt paste was dried up. Definitely gets smaller each time.

Same thing happened to mine, it's fine now and I am all healed up and the hole is perfect. Its just some puss, you might need to pop it with a clean needle, bathe with seasalt in warm water and put some tetracycline on it.
Just keep it clean and keep it in, you'll be fine. I have very thick nose so mine took years to fully heal, I know it's weird.
After like a year I'd go oh I can take it out for days because it's healed but no, it would heal up half way, and I'd have to get it re-pierced. But I am fully healed now, and I can go weeks without it, then insert it and the hole is still there.
That happened to me. I tried to save it but I ended up having to let it close up. It may be that you are having an allergic reaction to the metal of the nose ring. I found out that I was allergic to surgical steel which is suppose to be hypoallergenic. You may want to get a real gold or Sterling Silver nose ring. If you can bare the pain of getting a new one in.
Take it out buy a nose ring with real silver oe gold or surgical steel i think thats what its called... clean the area. If it's new dont keep it out for long because it would close... but leave it out long enough to air out. Hopefully that works... it may be a little painful at first
My guess is that its infected. Be sure to pull it out completely and rub a little rubbing alcohol or saline solution on it, then do the same for the piercing hole. You want to do this maybe 2-3 times a day and you might be able to keep it.
Ask the piercer. Could be an allergic reaction to the metal, could be an infection, could be a blister.

Yeah that has happened to me too but then I was really young so I forgot how I've dealt with it.
I'd say go to the place where you've got your nose pierced and ask them for advice or maybe talk to a family member or a friend about this.
Its nothing to worry abouttake the fucking thing out and find a better hobby. Piercing is so dumb I can't even begin to say how dumb it is. Why do you wanna fuck with the nose? The nose is already weird and unpredictable, doesn't always work right as it's designed and you wanna go and fuck with it more. Start respecting your body
Mine did that when i changed it to a cheap metal. Try Sterling silver and clean it with warm salt water. Don't take it out because it's infected. If that doesn't work you need antibiotics.
My sister was asking going through the same thing about a week ago. She thought it was a keloid too. She changed the ring and the bump started to go down. Turns out her skin was just sensitive to the ring they gave her. But just in case still get it checked out, you never know.
You should probably call your piercer but it looks like a keloid to me. I guess you could try lancing it and seeing if it’s a cyst? But I don’t think that’s the best idea XD
I don't have experience with that and I am sorry for that lol, but either way best thing you can do is go see a doctor or a dermatologist.
You need to get titanium jewellery. Your skin is reacting with the nickel in the surgical steel
It looks like a pimple. Just take the piercing out, drain the thing, clean it and put it back in.
Donot burst it or rough handle it...
Dab some skin cream/oilYea tree oil needs to be put on that.
