Depends on the venue AT the hotel.
I worked at a very well-known 5* in the midwest in hospitality.
If your eating in the pub/bar, shorts and polo (collared) shirts were fine.
If you were in the mid-level restaurant ( think fancy Olive Garden/ Applebee fare), long pants and a collared shirt.
If you were in the fancy dining areas, suits or decent jacket- either with dress shirt AND a tie were required.
For the ladies, decent, modest sportswear for the day (more than leggings, please).
A decent shirtdress, party dress, business suit (depending on your mood and relation to your male guest) would be fine for the upscale places.
If you have any question about Dress Requirements, you should feel free to ask the Concierge for guidance. If they can't give it to you honestly and quickly, they are NOT a five star, no matter what they claim.
Everyone, no matter their position where I worked, had to know these basic answers or get canned! I was in massage, obviously, but I still had to have a working knowledge of where/what/how/when for restaurants, food shops, pubs, gym, pool, golf course, etc.

Honestly, I've spent a lot of time in those hotels and you can tell the really rich people because they normally wear clothes which look really shitty but are from designer brands, like Gucci sweatpants or whatever, if you dress insanely fancy then you'd actually stick out more! Just be presentable with a nice sundress or something and you'll be fine.
You wear whatever you want that you’d wear around your family. Going in any bars restaurants or clubs in the hotel may be different as they may have dress codes. But really just be clean and don’t look like you just rolled out from an all night bender and you’ll be fine.
My brother lives quite fancy, so I upscale a bit to the situation, haha.
Most of these (not the ripped jeans!) could be me:

How you arrive isn't too important, you have been traveling after all, but I'd change into something appropriate for dinner.
Calvin Klein business casual sets or dresses. Affordable and unique pieces. 🌺

Nice dress prepair a good make up etc etc with a nice neckle and bracelet
I've been like 10 ish times at 5 star hotels myself and with my girlfriend / best city restaurants and many people dress their best here dress watches suits etc
If u walk here with a t-shirt and baggy pants they will look a you like ugh who the fuck is that , you dont want that i swearMe, as casual or as formal as J want. I paid to stay there and with that comes the lixury of choosing my desired attire. No one ever says a thing or looks at me as out of place - even if they did, fuck'em.
Now, certain restaurants will have posted dress codes. Do dress accordingly.Like makes no difference
You are renting a room and paid them. Its not a formal event lol
No one cares. Like basic t shirt and shorts that cost a total of 50 bucks is fine and no one notices any of this lol
Again because its just a hotel. Kids go all the time dressed like kiddy bums 😂 rich parentsI spend most of my time in chain hotels that are 5 stars, I own a travel agency so basically maybe half of my year passes in these hotels whether meetings or group stays. I never give a damn about clothes, and I know they also don't very much. In our age judging people by their brands and clothing is over.
For you as a girl, I’d recommend a white blouse, leather skirt, semi-opaque tights and classic high heels (black or red).
Alternatively, if you wanna go bare-legged, then just simply a black or red short floral dress and whatever heels suit you (except wedges 😜) 👗 👠The secret is wearing whatever you want and demanding things
That's what the hyper wealthy do, they wear flip flops and a robe in the lobbyAny type of dress that just looks nice. Basically anything as long as you dont look like you're going to a club or something
The most expensive outfit you own. Or, if you want to gho out and buy something new, of course... Just as long as it's not cheap. It's a classy establishment, you don't want to look like you shopped at wall Mart basically
I think this would be a good choice.
I always stop at 5 star hotels. And honestly a dress shirt and pants will work. Maybe a nice jacket. Or a skirt. doesn't really matter what you wear.
wear what you like... oh no hang on thats Europe where most hotels are 5star
Whatever you want. You're paying... I walked in with board shorts not shirt and no shoes before...
During the day, just wear your normal everyday clothes.
For evening wear, something sophisticated and elegant. You can always blend in with the British tourists, shorts, a baggy t shirt and sandals. I see this daily, my father works at a hotel and its right next to my college.
Jeans, hoodie, trucker hat. Or at leas that's what I do. To be fair I look out of place most places though.
Depends if your at a restaurant wear something semi formal in your room whatever you want.
Dress and jewelry and heels. Or dark skinny jeans and heels and a nice fitted jacket
I think a dress, simple heels and a touch of makeup should do nicely.
My brother says wear a dress to the five star hotel
I don't really care about these stuff. I just wear sweatpants and hoodie or if i make too much effort i would wear button down shirt pants and baseball cap
