Doesn't look like it. They all added a bunch of make-up to cover up the work.
to me.
cosmetic surgery to repair or replace that which was damaged or lost is fine.
but cosmetic surgery to enhance is not really something I am into.
natural is best in my mind.
temporarily. sooner or later, they'll get tired of it and regret it eventually.

Confidence doesn't come from the outside world it comes from yourself. Some of the most hated people can and normally do have the most confidence despite the negativity pointed at them.

I have a big nose like the first lady. It doesn't matter. It makes the face interesting. If ur pretty its not gonna be because of a nose. I am considered pretty even with my nose. Its a natural thing i think and u can't hide it or create it... maybe
Superficially, yes. But it's an empty void inside. You can't fill that hole this way. It's surface.
It certainly helped mine, I had a breast reduction and lip injections it boosted my self esteem massively.
