Well, one thing I know that works for many women is cucumbers. I also like those gel masks (you can get them at dollar tree so spending tons of money isn’t required). I initially bought one for chronic migraine relief but find it’s helpful in soothing tired and puffy eyes as well, and getting rid of bags.

Anyway, drink more water, try to limit screen time, place black tea bags on them (which have chilled in the fridge for a bit), or chilled spoons. Try to sleep more.
Dark circles under your eyes could be caused because you might be looking at screens too long with too high of brightness.
I reckon better sleep or better nutrition would be helpful

You might be like me. I have dark circles under my eyes because I don’t have much fat deposits under my eyes so my eyes sink in. It’s permanent. I’ve had them since the day I was born. The only real solution is fillers. I constantly look tired but I’ve learned to live with it.
It could be just the pigment in your skin? Maybe it genetic.
I've seen a lot of people on YouTube who just are born with naturally darker skin around their eyes they can't get rid of.
I've seen a lot of people with the same answers so there's no point in me repeating the other things. Like sleeping more and drinking more water.Use topical vitamin E on the areas needed to be treated
Drink water, avoid salty foods, get enough sleep (at least 8-9 hours), exercise, eye cream.
I think it's very hard almost impossible to get rid of dark circles. I use under eye cream daily and at night and conceal it with makeup.

I believe certain vitamins are suppose to help too. So maybe eating habits are contributing as well?
