+1 yWell, one thing I know that works for many women is cucumbers. I also like those gel masks (you can get them at dollar tree so spending tons of money isn’t required). I initially bought one for chronic migraine relief but find it’s helpful in soothing tired and puffy eyes as well, and getting rid of bags.

I'll try chilling my eyes with cucumbers and reducing my screen time

Thanks by the way

+1 yThere's a genetic component to it, so keep that in mind.
Anyway, drink more water, try to limit screen time, place black tea bags on them (which have chilled in the fridge for a bit), or chilled spoons. Try to sleep more.11 Reply- +1 y
Oh, that sound's like a great idea. Thanks
+1 yDark circles under your eyes could be caused because you might be looking at screens too long with too high of brightness.

Makes sense. I should probably do a digital detox lmao
- +1 y
But thanks for the tip

Oh, you said sleep
- +1 y
Yeah man. I sleep for 6-7 hrs. Any more than that makes me feel lethargic throughout the day

+1 yYou might be like me. I have dark circles under my eyes because I don’t have much fat deposits under my eyes so my eyes sink in. It’s permanent. I’ve had them since the day I was born. The only real solution is fillers. I constantly look tired but I’ve learned to live with it.
23 Reply- +1 y
Yeah, I've been accepting it too. My friends keep asking me whether I'm feeling tired lol
- +1 y
At this point I tell myself that they give my face “character”.
- +1 y
Yeah, so true.
It could be just the pigment in your skin? Maybe it genetic.
I've seen a lot of people on YouTube who just are born with naturally darker skin around their eyes they can't get rid of.
I've seen a lot of people with the same answers so there's no point in me repeating the other things. Like sleeping more and drinking more water.11 Reply- +1 y
I hope it's not the case xD
Use topical vitamin E on the areas needed to be treated
31 Reply- +1 y
I'll try that out. Thanks
Drink water, avoid salty foods, get enough sleep (at least 8-9 hours), exercise, eye cream.
31 Reply- +1 y
Yeah I exercise and I'll try increasing my sleep. I'll try to stay more hydrated throughout the day. Thanks
+1 yI think it's very hard almost impossible to get rid of dark circles. I use under eye cream daily and at night and conceal it with makeup.
21 Reply- +1 y
Oh, that's cool. I heard there are like a few natural plants whose fruit paste if I apply may stop them but I highly doubt that. And makeup is out of the question for me lol
Thanks for asking this! I look tired af all the time too haha
23 Reply- +1 y
Same here bro. One of my friends said that if you jerk off you get dark circles but I don't and still they won't go. Lmao
- +1 y
Yeah stress could be a factor. And genetics you can't change it. At least for a few years lol

+1 yGod I wish I could give you an answer, I have the same issue.
13 Reply- +1 y
Yeah bro. Not only does it impact real life but in photos too. lol
- +1 y
Absolutely right. I look like I have two black eyes sometimes.
- +1 y
Yeah bro. Same
I believe certain vitamins are suppose to help too. So maybe eating habits are contributing as well?
23 Reply- +1 y
I dunno man. For about 4 months I've only eaten healthy food because of covid problems. I've been working out so maybe the sweat has something to do with it
- +1 y
I just came across this, it may or not relate to your issue but i guess can't hurt to use it as a reference to rule out any potential reasons www.boldsky.com/.../...se-dark-circles-039454.html
- +1 y
Maybe it is. I think it's the salt or the coffee I'm consumi
+1 yTrigger some liberals, it helps relieve your stress!
11 Reply- +1 y
Lmao
+1 yCucumbers? I don't know, I have the same problem. but I smoke pot.
12 Reply- +1 y
Yeah man, it's not something that affects me mentally but I don't want to be called tired when in energetic af lmao

I don't do makeup, hehe.
- +1 y
Vaseline is there but I'm not sure whether it's safe for the eyes.
- +1 y
Just dark circles
- +1 y
Haha, I'll test it all out

10 ReplyIt's your diet. Too much dairy and Salt
14 Reply- +1 y
Yeah man. Thing is I'd like my protein and I'm vegetarian so only dairy helps mostly. I'll try to cut it down and find other alternatives
- +1 y
Probably lol. I'll try to drink more water. I thought of doing intermittent fasting but at such a young age it'll probably be bad for my metabolism
Go to bed early use dark circle cream under the eye lid mask
10 ReplyThere are some treatments you could use
17 Reply- +1 y
Yeah, but during covid it wouldn't be safe to get one. I mean I'm not that self conscious but it makes me look lethargic so I'll consider what I can do. Thanks for the tip
- +1 y
Check google for some tips.
www.healthline.com/health/dark-circle-under-eyes
I tried many & they often work... except getting scratches out of glass by toothpaste. That never works. 😅 - +1 y
Yeah 5min crafts is probably fake
- +1 y
Yeah those are but what google says might work. They usually list several ways to treat something and some work for you some for someone else.
I treated styes for example with water with salt or warm compresses. (Eye pimple). I used to get that often.
Or example I am prone to getting herpes on my lips sometimes. Usually toothpaste works. Other times it’s more stubborn and doesn’t work. I checked on google and one woman said she uses ketchup. I was like wtf but tried and it actually worked so yeah.. sometimes works lol... - +1 y
But then again if I write down symptoms like cough or sneezing Google says I have cancer lmao
- +1 y
But some sites look certified I'll check them out thanks
+1 yAvoid salty food
39 Reply- +1 y
I think I should try that. Thanks for the tip
- +1 y
Yeah, I knew this chick who ate sushi every day.. ya know, soy sauce.. her bags were worst than yours.. so I researched about it and came to that conclusion lol I could be wrong
- +1 y
Yeah, can't say anything nowadays. Many products we use on a daily basis have preservatives and we can't check them all out
- +1 y
Oh yeah... especially frozen dinners and canned foods... and I like itt cosmetics eye cream.. moisturizes and brightens anti aging
- +1 y
Yeah they're meant to be tasty and if you don't check the ingredients it can be risky too at times
- +1 y
Yeah... I guess in moderation it’s ok
- +1 y
Yeah, as long as you try to stay healthy it's fine I guess
- +1 y
I mean, you still get the nutritional value out of canned/frozen food, but in moderation.. to cut back on the salt intake for dietary purposes if it’s a concern for ones’ health
- +1 y
Well, I don't eat a lot of canned food
+1 yTry sleeping more.
21 Reply- +1 y
I sleep for 6 hours a day and also take a nap in the afternoon. It's too much I feel.
