Dark circles are caused by reduced amount of blood flow. Try to keep eyes cool as possible.
*Sprinkle icy cool water for few minutes when you wake up.
* Ensure you don't have vitamin or haemoglobin deficiency. Take supplements if required.
* Eyes sud normally blink every 6-10 seconds. thats the normal blinking rate.
* Try caffeine to reduce tiredness.
* Keep a break for minutes every half an hour... when working on laptops, phones, reading...
*Consume healthy foods include green leafy vegetables in your diet.
Cod liver/Shark liver/ Fish liver oil are rich in vitamins and are hence beneficial.
* Sleeping time and waking up time sud be early. (For complete relaxation and sound sleep).
* Close your eyes, and try making infinity symbol with your eyeballs. It's a good exercise for calibration of optic muscles.
*Cucumber can be applied over the eyes during night.
* Sleep in no or dim light.
* Don't sit with a tired face at work.

Dark circles under the eyes can be indicative of kidney problems.
Can you explain your diet to me, properly? Can you give me a typical day's meals - being honest? Including the time you eat them and whether you eat till full, chew properly, don't eat too late at night, etc. How much water and salt do you consume? Are you on any medications. Is your urine pale or dark, or somewhere inbetween? Are you active throughout the day What is your mental state like? Worrisome, fearful, etc, or calm?
Do you consume a lot of sugar and processed foods?
I have some eye exercises that you may find beneficial. However, there is something else at work.
Drink lots of water! Hydration is a big part as well as sleep. Also you need to moisturize them morning and night, there are creams and serums for your eyes to reduce dark circles (I myself suffers from dark circles and poofiness. I'm currently using under eye creams for the dark circles. I also use concealers for when I go out, to hide them up. The creams however you must be patient with it to get results but at the same time you must know what works for you. They will not totally ever go away though but however, it can be reduced. I had them really bad, worst that the pic you posted but now it's lightly and way better. Be patient.
If you're getting plenty of sleep and eating healthy, it's probably genetic, unfortunately. I have pretty bad dark circles too but they do improve slightly when I increase my water intake so you can try drinking more water and see if it helps. Other than that, concealer is my best friend. Lol

"Adequate sleep" doesn't necessarily mean good sleep. If you didn't have tired eyes I would say there wasn't a problem, but I think you need to investigate the quality of your sleep as well as the quantity.
1. How old is your mattress? Do you wake up feeling energized, or do you wake up sore (especially your back)? Honestly, if your bed does not make you stop and think to yourself "this bed is so comfortable" every time you lay down in it, it's probably too old and/or the wrong hardness/softness for you. You should fall asleep quickly on your mattress, not toss and turn trying to get comfortable. Mattresses are expensive, but there is really no better investment in your health than maintaining a comfortable place to rest.
2. Do you maintain a good sleep schedule? Going to sleep around the same time and having a bedtime routine are as healthy for you as getting enough rest, if not more so.
3. Do you wake up naturally or do you use an alarm? Alarms are unnatural. They jolt us out of sleep, more often than not in the middle of a sleep cycle. This leads us to waking more tired than when we went to sleep. Our sleep is divided into cycles. If we wake at the end of a cycle we will feel refreshed. I won't give away free advertising here, but there are technologies that now allow us to have the convenience of an alarm as well as the benefits of waking at the end of a sleep cycle.
I was thinking if it's not sleep amount then it may be sleep quality. It also matters if you sleep during the day or night. There are apps that analyze how well you really sleep (can have surprising results). My circles also get darker if I eat before sleep. I guess that produces the toxins where body is supposed to transport them away from under your eyes. But I'm not sure that's a good advice as you may be anorexic so eating less could make it worse specifically for you. Also, try at least 500 grams (or more) of spinach which contains 100% of daily recommended iron dose. I would also recommend visiting a doctor you don't look healthy and I also see that your eyes overreact to light. Maybe you are a lot in the dark which screws up your sleep cycle or maybe that's even a neurological condition. You look exhausted. Also use apps to make your device screens yellower. The blue light coming off most screens during the night is also messing with sleep cycles.

From your head shape, nose shape, hair and pale skin, you look like a person who may be prone to dark circles under the eyes. Take a look at you're family and see if they've got the same.
From your face and your neck you seem somewhat thin. Being thin (especially in the face) and pale may make you prone to dark circles. Not too uncommon in people who starve themselves, but also in people who naturally have quite slim faces.
Best try to make them darker may be to eat more, get some more fat in the face. If your family members don't have the same issue, you should probably see a doctor and make sure you're not anaemic. The colour doesn't look like signs of liver issues or such, it looks normal.
those look like the circles people get when they are deprived of food or nutrients, IE it just looks unhealthy, You should start a healthier diet, Put some meats and proteins in it, eat plenty of vegetables and drink some OC for the good vC, Don't let people full you into thinking vegetarians and vegans are healthy because they are not, they lack muscle and are extremely unhealthy most of the time, they all tend to have those kind of eye rings,
Eat a good balanced meal 2-3 times a day, Get some regular simple exercises and sleep a good 8-10 hours a day, Followed by a good shower
I don’t want to advocate surgeries and stuff, but there is actually a non-evasive procedure, totally painless, takes just seconds, what it does is redistributes the fat underneath your skin, so it’s even, because dark circles are basically caused by fat layer being unevenly distributed under the eye : like $1800 (please thumbs down me, I don’t care, she asked how to get rid of them, I’m answering her question)
I think it's genetic. Okay so weird ananlysis but I think white people with light skin are more prone to this. I'm East Asian and don't have this.
I realized that non East Asians have eye brow bone that stick out and cast a shadow over their eyes. It's not that bad
There is a lazer surgery costs around 2k removes the blackness and tightens the skin but since your under eye is sunken in i wouldn't recommend it because it would cause them to be even deeper. So i would recommend turmeric recipe for under eye discoloration google some turmeric recipes they actually work
My advice is to drink more water. I know that everyone says that you should drink a lot of water, aaand that's a kind of true.
I heard that if you drink water in the morning you become more productive, and I think that wather will help you to get rid of that black circles

Unfortunately it is likely a genetic trait, so there won’t be any permanent fixes. However, if you decide to cover it with makeup, try applying a red lipstick to the dark circles and then cover it with foundation. The red supposedly helps to neutralize the dark pigment of the dark circles.
Looks like allergies. It runs in my family like wild fire. Evaluate if it worsens during certain seasons or weather, after you eat certain foods, etc.
I have the same thing! I think it’s partially genetics and partially allergies. It sucks, but that’s what makes us unique 😜
I don't know the exact reason though... but may be you are over exerting yourself somehow... it could be your work or studies... or some other aspect... It's better to consult a doctor to have yourself checked... It will help you... and you might try meditation...😃

Accept the fact, nobody it's a perfect photoshop celebrity. Sleep more and try to drink water.
But unfortunetly it's Genetic (i have a little of this shit too sometimes they gone.. but sometimes come back whem im stressed and sleeping not enought).
I have them too. There are a lot of reasons. Stress, lack of sleep, diet, genetics or a combination of any. There are creams and eye serums you can use. It doesn't make it fully go away but it makes it less visible.
It could be genetics.. I suggest the good ol' cucumber tip or maybe the chamomile tip. Make a cup of chamomile tea and dip a cotton ball in it and put it on your lid, do the same to the other eye and then relax.
Could very well be genetic. Mine are - I have dark circles and it looks like I have bags under my eyes.
I don't get nearly enough sleep.. maybe 4 or 5 hours a night if that.. lol. however they've always looked like this so it's not just sleep

See a doctor. It's not serious, but it could be a vitamin deficiency (Iron I think it is?). I have a co-worker that has this problem too, only hers are even worse and that's what it is.
Drink lots of water and are u sleeping good you probably not eating the right Foods what do your fingernails look like are they healthy are they dried and you're probably missing iron from your diet
If you get decent amount of quality sleep (6-8 hours with REM sleep) then its most likely an irom deficiency. My last ex was borderline anemic and had the same issue, but when she started taking iron supplements it got significantly better.
