Why do most men not wear makeup?

This is purely conjecture on my part, but I posit that most men who are not celebrities - actors, singers, and the like - find putting on makeup a hassle not worth their time.

Male actors wear makeup when they're shooting a movie or attending events - they have makeup assistants for that, something average Joes do not have access to.

Conclusion: I posit that most men - and quite a handful of women - tend to have a very narrow view of what men wearing makeup look like. They appear to think that when men wear makeup, they will look like Jeffree Star.

However, as you can see from the pictures I have provided, none of these attractive male actors look anything remotely like Jeffree Star.

Because of this narrow viewpoint - and because putting on makeup takes time and can be viewed as unnecessary hassle - it stands to reason that most men might not want to deal with wearing makeup.

My cousin used to fill in his eyebrows with eyeshadow with a makeup brush. He doesn't do that anymore. He gets them tinted at the salon now. He's the only guy I know to wear some makeup, and a lot of women admire him.

Most of them don't wear makeup because they don't feel the need, since lot of them don't have any interest in makeup.

Others don't do it and bash other men because they think it is too feminine, and those are the insecure ones. GAG has taught me that a lot of men are insecure about their masculinity.

Why should I, waste of money and time, even if majority of girls would like guys with makeup, I would still not wear it. I also like girls who wear very little or no makeup
