When women wear black tops, is it better to wear dark or light shorts with it?

So is it better when women wear dark or light shorts when wearing black shirts or tops?

Also, should both women wear belts with their shorts or is it just not that necessary? Is if better without belts?

Uh... honestly, both pictures look about equally good. And I don't have a strong opinion either way. But I think light looks maybe 2% better.

Though about light, I just like the girl you chose. She has a super beautiful, genuine, kind smile. The one in the dark shorts doesn't in my opinion. It seems more forced.

I think the dark shorts look better
And I think a belt is a must. If it has belt loops I wear a belt with it. It looks crazy good that way. The loops on my denim shorts look naked without a leather belt going through them
