Here are some basics:
- Purple nicely contrasts with orange.
- Can also go to a darker "wine" red, but have to hit the right tone very precisely then.
- Black always works but is sort of boring / too vanilla if you have chosen purple hair.
- Better than black is a dark purple / blue that is not too strong in colour.
- You can use any tone of anthracite / purple and use orange / dark yellow tones for highlights.
Here are some impressions. I used named colours and added their rgb codes:You will notice that I am a fan or strong contrasts. I left out grey / black here as they go with anything and focused on "real" colours.
In general I believe that purple hair is pretty edgy and should be worn in context of a "bold" style. Either go edgy all the way (Gothic?, maybe with rivets) or choose a very classy dress ("princess", maybe some lace).

It's tough honestly... I'm not really sure... You kinda have to play around
I went on Google images and found theseThey seem to pair well with darker colors over the lighter ones... But you also just have to go to the mall and try on a bunch of clothes until you get a feel for what you want
I think if you dye the roots with dark blue color then a light shade of purple and the ends with lighter shades. I think that will look perfect. Usually, I dye my hair extensions first so that If the hair color doesn't look good I change can it instantly. So, I try these with Indique Virgin hair that doesn't get damaged easily even if you dye it or heat style it. You can try the same if you're unsure how the color will turn out, this way it won't damage your natural hair.

White. Have you heard *O-uuu _ Aaa-ouuu _ ou-a _ UUOoooo*? Think of it as a sound it's not supposed to be a word. Like deep pitched bells ringing slow. The capitals mean the sound's deeper. The - is the... I don't know. The _ means the next sound immediately plays after the previous.
Its hard as everyone's different, but the colour black, grey and maybe a suttle pink shade would really compliment the purple! It also depends on the skin colour as the purple will look different against different shades of skin, so there are multiple factors!
