I'm just used to having long nails so it's not much of a bother at all. But for when I wear fake nails that are a longer length, I do get the frustration of it being inconvenient. I try to stick to a certain length as the maximum for my nails, but if I go over it then it simply takes time getting used to doing things differently. For example, typing on a touchscreen, I'll use the side of my thumb or bend my thumbs back slightly to get that joint/inside of my thumb to stick out and type with.(tho this is super annoying to me so I stick to a length where I can still use my fingers to type) If I'm opening something, I won't use my nails but scissors or a knife. And in general try to use my fingers as opposed to using my nails when I'm doing things. Also not sure how you're nails get dirty but typically I don't have that problem, mine stay pretty clean.
So in general, long nails don't rlly bother me that much.
Most Helpful Opinions
In my twenties, I used to waste money doing my own acrylic nails. It was a waste of time and money! ( although it was much cheaper doing it myself). It was restricting in what I could do with my hands.
What Girls Said
I will get long nails on occasion they don't get dirty underneath. Only get dirty when short.
