Only self consciousness.
Indecent exposure laws don't matter at nude beaches, I've considered going to one plenty of times, mainly because I love swimming naked.
It's more comfortable for me.
I'm very religious and always wear modest clothing, but when it comes to swimwear, Americans really are prudes, which is funny, considering the slut walks etc. you have as an anti-movement to this whole "cover yourself up" mentality.
I'm not used to that. I'm used to people being naked whenever they want to be naked, at least if it's in a place where this is okay (i. e. not randomly in public).
I don't like to be notice. Haha so I picked self conscious. I don't like attention or eyes on me. Insecurity and Anxiety thing 😬. Baby steps. But I think id only ever wear a bathing suit anyway. I think they are cuter and more stylish than bikinis
First off, if I’m going to the pool or to the beach I wear a one piece because they are more comfortable. Second, they are less revealing, and I’m not so confident in my body that I could pull off a bikini without looking like a deer in the headlights.
I wear a bikini when I am laying out in the privacy of my backyard.
I prefer modesty in all of my clothing, including my swimwear. Being modest leaves something to the imagination and keeps you somewhat mysterious.
Honestly I used to be self-conscious, but now I don't really care what anyone thinks anymore. If I'm comfortable in a string bikini I'm going to wear it.
A mix of modesty and self consciousness, I just feel uncomfortable when it's too revealing
Nothing limits me. I love the tan so I choose the minimal coverage. Tiny strings/thongs.
Modesty, self consciousness, practicality (something that won't slip while I swim)
Self consciousness and modesty
