Her caption on the video dosent seem rude to me.
Makeup is suppose to make people look better, and she does look much better when she done with it.
She does seem like a makeup master, I never thought she'd be able to cover all that up.
I dont see it as her calling that girl ugly, and if we are being completely honest with our self's it's fairly obvious that the woman has had either a birth defect or some accident that required reconstructive surgery, but it dosent bother her much, she's still comfortable making backup tutorials
She is still not attractive, but damn that's a hell of an improvement.

Apparently, according to this comment
"For those that don't know who Maeya is, she's a transgender model with a rare genetic disease called Ectodermal Dysplasia. It affects hair growth and causes misshapen/missing teeth among other things. I think she's great and if makeup makes her happy, that's all that matters. She's very talented."
He is hard to look at without the makeup, but I feel for his dysplasia. With that said, "the power of makeup" makes me look good too. So "no" I don't think it is rude. It's truth that may hurt, but I am sure he knows already.
I'm going to say this is not rude. There is a series of videos called "The Power of Makeup" on YouTube. Some of those people who have had their lives changed because they are so desperately unhappy with their looks due to some conditions that altered their skin and features. There is nothing wrong with someone being happier in their own skin, literally. If a little bit of makeup makes them feel amazing, and for the first time in their lives they are called attractive, it can be a wonderful thing.
It's pretty clear to me that the person in the video is perfectly self-aware about their appearance.
Especially since they've made "Gollum makeup" in another video.
I doubt they would find it offensive, they are probably more annoyed about sjws getting offended on her behalf, because that implies she SHOULD feel insecure about her looks.
How is it rude? There are women who look like godzilla without makeup but could successfully blend into a crowd of average faces with makeup. That doesn't mean that everyone who uses makeup goes to the extreme. If you wear your makeup as thick as the Kardashians, you're making it look like you have something to hide.
I find she was rude... maybe having so much female friend has rewired my brain to get it... (still hetero and not girly), but i can feel like she is bragging cause there is a unsolvable difference between the make up girl and her... I may be hallucinating thou. But i think is the typical patronising behaviour in which someone try to look good by applauding another with less luck that achieve somewhat a descent result.
I think she is literally showing you how people can transform by just applying make up the right way. I admire her skills tho
Why would it be rude? Did send you a DM whatsoever saying it is rude?
What she does it that video is amazing, what she's doing is simply great.
Sort of, but she wants to explain the power of makeup not call the girl ugly
I don't get the deal here. Why would it be rude?
Why would it be rude?
I do not see how it is rude even in the slightest.
