To be honest in my opinion heels do not change my perception of women in any which way shape or form, but that being said I do understand and appreciate the dynamics that they play on the psyche. More over heels create a certain psychological comfort and influence for many who wear them.
I mean conceptionally if you think about how humans understand sex, sexual cues, in large parts power dynamics, and The male and female psyche. I would say that the actual fashion choice of heals has developed over time with human history. Quite frankly the development of fashion and it’s hope to create wearables toward any given situation in which fashion may be presented had a very large adaptable presence in the evolution and history of the heel both in society and the development of modern norms.
The psychology behind is actually quite odd, and yet fascinating phenomenon. Women feel more confident there for they feel more powerful. Depending on the style of heel and the setting in which that style of the heel is presented at least in modern times then any woman can cover a range of activities from an extravagant party to important board meetings.
Due to heel style evolutions that have happened over the course of fashion and human history. The heel has developed both In uses, and in society as a Multi faceted style choice that covers a wide enough array of activities to present ones self.
From enhancing the natural form causing the illusion of height and lift, to being a powerful fashion choice for many women in high end or business career so as to convey confidence and strength. The heel has definitely made its mark on society and social norms for both women and men alike and different.
So to summarize heels do not change my perception of a woman or the strength, and confidence that she has inside. That being said I do appreciate them as a multi faceted fashion choice, and the interesting socio economic impact that they’ve made throughout our modern history both for the better and the worse at some points.
Well I hope that answers your question in full or at least to the fullest of my capabilities anyways.

I don't find them any type of way usually. I just find it really annoying when bratty women try to wear heels to fake confidence and they somehow think that means they can be rude to everyone.
I know it's irrational and certainly don't let what I'm saying affect you cuz I'm probably the only guy in the world who's like this but because the only time I really pay attention to a women's shoes is when she's just acting like a total bitch... Or when they're acting really cool, those girls are usually wearing really small, really cool sneakers for some reason.
Although if the heels complete a really good outfit that's really awesome. Especially if you look good walking in them.
It really depends on the type of heel -- the height, the shape, its width. If it is a platorm heel or not. A six inch clear platform heel says something completely different than a basic black pump. These particular heels seem like a very suburban person whose look is perhaps typical of women in her community.
They make me think she is trying a bit too hard unless it’s me that’s wearing them in which case I feel I am looking good.

They clearly make her more sexy and dominant to me
If she is short, then maybe she is wearing them so she doesn't have everyone literally look down on her. If she is tall then I immediately think she is doing this to conform to some image she has of how she should look. That's not a bad thing, but not practical in all situations. Of course they lift her butt and make her legs look more muscular, but they can cause back and feet issues. If we are dancing and she is over 5'8" wearing heels can cause issues with underarm turns. May end up getting clothes lined. I think heels are great for certain occasions but I would advise anyone not to wear them often. Crooked toes, callouses, corns and bunions aren't sexy.
On the right woman, heels can make a HUGE difference in terms of attractiveness. First off they cause the calves to flex which gives them a better shape overall Secondly, they make her legs in general appear longer. Third they alter her posture ever so slightly to emphasize her butt, and if she has a nice ass this can make a HUGE difference. And lastly, if the woman is well endowed up top, heels destabilize her gate just enough that when she walks she'll get a LOT more bouncing action which is a TREAT to watch!
As I write all of this I have a particular woman in mind who exemplified ALL of the above to a tee! Thanks to her I finally understood exactly why heels were such a big deal! For real? This is an easy one!
Heels trick the eye into seeing the following...
You look taller.
Your legs look longer.
You appear to be more slender.
Heels provide a small sliver of... elegance and femininity.
Now, here's my disclaimer. Im a dude. And a bilateral below the knee amputee. But when i wore them, i had 2 pair of boots. The first one, i worked in. The second, i did everything else in.
Keep these points in mind while you read...
You can get away with having ONE PAIR of black 4" heels. They go with everything. Jeans, capris, skirt, dress, gown.
1 pair of shoes. I dont think I've ever known a woman that could live with that.Huh? Why would they change my perception of a woman. They are so common that I would say they DEFINE my perception of a woman. It's when they DON'T wear heals that it seems a little odd.

Was this just a throw away question to have an excuse to show off your legs for compliments?Clothing is not important to me. The most important thing is if she would be willing to give a relationship without any physical touch a try since I personally think physical touch is not important in a long term relationship.
Yeah, there's something about heels on women that looks appealing. Like any piece of clothing, some designs are grotesque, but some are super classy. I can't see a woman in dinner attire wearing anything else.
To me, super high spikes scream slut. And those shoes with platform soles and heels are a fashion abortion.
The heels in the photo are really nice. I think they look classy, although they are as high as I would go.High heels are the one type of women's shoe that men get emotional over. Why? because they make your legs look great, they make your ass stick out, they make you look taller, and they accentuate the characteristic female gait. I, and most other guys, just love 'em! But personally, I also love sexy, smooth patent dress flats! Those are also feminine!
I’m into taller women. So when I see a woman in heels it’ll give the illusion of being taller but then I get disappointed when she takes them off and she’s either shorter or around the same height.
Not really I just want to know why y'all use them I prefer my female to have something that's comfortable as tennis shoes the maybe when you go out on a special day you can wear your high heels that's just me
I think they are sexy. I don’t really think it changes my perception of a woman. Most girls it seems to me, like to wear heels every now and then so she can be all cute and sexy. And that’s fine. It’s a girl thing and I like the way it looks too.
Honestly no, I am not a feet person at all and that very much includes my own. When I'm asleep or in the shower are pretty much the only times I don't have socks on. So I don't really look at the shoes people are wearing in general. In less they are wearing the wrong foot wear for a given task. Such as people wearing sandals when doing something like moving furniture or sneakers on a construction sight.
I'm going to say it just like this.
Women wear heel's an it's what I like rather ir not she is comfortable in them or not isn't up to me as a guy I can only say I like them an that they are sexy on a Women but then.
I say this also wear what u are going to wear just be happy in doing so.
So no it doesn't change it enough to even say anything about it unless we are going out some where to eat that us nice just don't wear working boots everyday.
God BlessIt means I have to look even further down as they make me another 3 inches taller.
You meant how do women wearing heels change my perception? Not at all. They're aesthetically pleasing, but women don't owe me that.A woman in heels is powerful, confident, and sexy. If she can't walk in them right she is a joke.
They're cool. They kinda look uncomfortable and are really painful in my experience, but they do make women look really feminine? Especially in a nice dress and it she has nice legs. That's hot.
I wear heels because they look great, make my legs and butt tighter, and make me feel powerful
It doesn’t much. But I’ve got respect for women who wear heels casually. I could never do that. My feet would hurt too bad, or I would trip and destroy my ankle.
It changes their style and their appearance. It alters their walk of confidence and control they may have when they wear it and it helps brings more joy or beauty in wearing clothes to bring our heels out.(To make us stand out :)
