Hell yeah! But it is more holistic than sexier legs. Just some dot points wrt stilettos.

1. The foot is necessarily pointed down which is not only giving a good line of long tapered legs but is said to emulate orgasm. I don't really know about this because I have never been looking at the ladies feet when orgasming her. But definitely every stripper points her feet in a table dance. Oh and ballet dancers too. I think that is enough to conclude a pointed foot is sexy.
2. It generates awesome hip swing.
3. It sticks the girls ass out.
4. As girls can barely walk in stilettos they need to hold onto the guys arm. It gives us a nice emotional buzz of being protective towards our girl.
5. Being able to remain upright in stilettos is a glory of female dexterity that we cannot but admire knowing that we would break our ankle if we tried to do something that silly.
6. Stilettos are the complete triumph of form over substance. A girl wearing stilettos is saying she is not going let mere practicalities get in the way of her looking good. We think it is silly but admire the attitude.
7. At the end of the evening when the girl has taken her stilettos off and is carrying them there is something Elfin and Pixie like about it. You could fall in love just from that.

nice set of heels can improve how attractive a girls legs/butt look are in my book. so long as she's comfortable wearing them and they blend well with her outfit.

depending on the couples height difference she might not want to always tower over her partner when wearing heels. but there are a verity of heights and styles when it comes to heeled footwear.

my uncle who used to own a shoe store told me high rise heels are anything 3 inches or higher. so anything under 3 inches are typically low rise heels or flats.

but a nice set of nylons can also improve how attractive a girls legs/butt look in my book. so long as she's comfortable wearing them and they blend well with her outfit.

High heels were designed to make your feet/legs look better and hold your bum in a way thats more provocative. So yeah I definitely feel more sexy and desirable in heels.

I don't think it matters of suddenly she's taller in heels. Who cares?

I don't care what shoes she wears. High heels aren't a sexy thing to me, they're more of a "formal event" kind of thing. But if she wants to wear heels to feel sexy and more confident, then she should do as she pleases. I don't care if a woman is taller than me either. What registers with me and heels is keep my eyes peeled because I've had more than one woman roll an ankle or the heel snapped for some reason and she broke her ankle while falling backwards onto me. Cheaply made or got stuck or something because she was a light woman.

That would be up to the couple. Of course, this would be an incentive to remove her shoes. That would be about 5 1/2" difference in the picture above.

No. I do not think heels make legs look better. They make legs look unnaturally flexed. I will take the look of a barefoot girl at the beach any day. I do not understand high heels. If girls enjoy wearing them, that is great (and I don’t need to understand them). …but if you were wearing them to impress me I’d feel bad. It would be an uncomfortable waste of time.

They do. By design they cause muscles to flex and In doing so change the appearance of the calf, thigh, and even the ass. Also force a posture change. But they really are not good for a woman’s feet or back and to me the annoying clicking/clacking on the floor is not worth any appearance boost they may offer.

Should a woman not wear heels simply to be shorter than their man? No, if the heels really complete her outfit, I think her man shouldn’t be insecure about his height and appreciate the effort his woman is putting into looking beautiful.

Yeah a little. But I don’t think that it is something that should be worn a lot. Just when she wants a little extra. And if a guy can’t stand his girl being a little taller then him because she is the same hight as her and she decided to wear heals then it is his problem!

They look nice but not very functional since I am very active and they would have a hard time keeping up with me in heels. It’s awkward if they are taller than me in heels so I could just put cowboy boots on to have a fake height too to compensate, lol

Oh it most certainly makes a woman look much more attractive. Of course, I get the fact that it might make them taller than their partner but in a more sexual context, heels have an amazing effect of the legs. You just sometimes can't look away.

The whole taller/shorter thing is up to each person and them as a couple. I know of women who won't date a man unless he at least 4 inches taller than her. Less confident men might have issue with a taller woman.

I am a leg man and I think heels often make legs looks sexier for how it flex the calves, like several others on here pointed out. When photographing legs, it is usually recommended to point the toe, not just to elongate the leg, but the flex those calves.
