Yes, depending on the whole ensemble. Plaid skirts, yes. (If she's 18-23 and can pull it off.) The black top in that pic? No. It looks ugly. Converses? God no! Sneakers don't work with that outfit at all! Should be small church heels instead of sneakers. I'm also unsure if black goes with the red plaid "Catholic Schoolgirl" skirt as much as white does.

Oh yeah, men love this. The socks and all. Why you might ask? We all think private school girl (70s 80s 90s) who grew up with a strict upbringing just waiting for the right man to come along and f*ck her brains out!
That outfit works well with a near identical plaid thong or no underwear completely. But the socks are a must with just a very very small hint that your socks stop right where the bottom of your skirt is. That will make a man’s imagination run wild.
