How do you feel about women who shave their heads almost bald (aside from cancer-related reasons)?

Humans in general look good with hair on their heads. It also prevents sunburn, especially on fair skinned people. But the thing about very little hair: It takes very little work to maintain.

If you've got a good face and a nicely shaped head, it's OK. Completely bald is not my choice for men unless it's genetic or due to illness. I'd say supershort is hard to pull off for a woman. Not being sexist, it's just not the general fashion. For men the bald look has been OK for decades. It'll take getting used to for males who like females with hair.

It's a turn off in general & causes people to stare, ask insensitive questions, etc.

WHY do you think wigs for cancer victims is a big thing? If being bald as a woman was "okay" then such wig organizations as would NOT exist.

And associations like for Breast Cancer would NOT have PAGES about wigs.

It's often a physical affirmation that the person has some underlying issues. When it comes to the visual aspect, it's a major turn-off in my book. Women's femininity is much found in their hair.

Not overly attractive.  If they did it one time and immediately grow it back that is one thing but if that is how they wear it long term... it isn't attractive.

some of y'all really show how ugly you are with your comments, I donated a shave for cancer charity where I raised funds to do so. People whine about the world being such a horrible place well be apart of the solution not the problem. if you are ever that curious ask why someone has their hair like that, you never know so don't assume. thats like saying guys with dreads and man buns are homosexual or cross dressers or liberal hippies. Keep in mind you never know the reasons behind so unless you ask don't judge

Pretty sure Brittany Spears ruined most of our perspectives on bald females. Tbh I can't help but to think mental break down. Which isn't true at all. It's a bold change. And just like any other hair cut. Honestly, it's just hair. But I know I would look a bit scary bald.

Obviously it’s their choice, but they only really pull it off if they have an exceptionally beautiful face with good bone structure in my opinion. Like Natalie Portman or that last woman. Usually women just look way worse with shaved heads, but again if it makes them happy 🤷‍♀️

Ok, hear this:

Cancer is a tumor growing; it grows in response to physical pressure to protect the soft tissue.

When you irradiate it you get far too many white blood cells to clean up the dead cells. That gets declared cancer of the blood, leukemia.

The issue - to remove the physical pressure (on boobs by the bra arc/metal, on the pancreas by the (hard) jeans seam)

some women look very delicate and feminine with this look! It can be very endearing in my opinion if you have the right head shape and facial features for it.. even if you don’t though, I advise you wear your hair the way that makes you feel your best. To each their own 👌

I don't find it attractive, but it's their head, they can do what they want with it. But, if it's due cancer, I will tell you I find it hot and I would want to make you feel as pretty and welcomed and protected as possible.
