Imagine a woman wearing all black clothing (a sexed-up version of funeral attire), draping herself over a grave while a photographer captures the moment.

It's interesting, but isn't it disrespectful to the gravesite?
Especially trying to sexualize your image at the grave site?
If I saw it I'd ask them to leave. Man, people go there in respect to their families, not for that. People are grieving there.
What's wrong with people?
I have a better idea for your celebration though!!
Why not hire a professional photographer that has a green screen, or props, and you can set a scene where it's like you're packing yourself into a box, like people do when they move?
It's still a reference to moving on!
And it's not disrespectful to the families of the dead.
And it's not depressing to look at later!
Very disrespectful to the gravesite, in my opinion.
I don’t necessarily want a photo shoot of just me. I’m not into all of that. I’d love to do family photos for keepsakes.
Whatever, life should be fun. Do what you want :)
I think that most women should capture their selves in their 20s. They will look back and realize that they were much hotter than they thought.
Good perspective!
Go get those boudoir photos done. You don't even have to show anyone, but someday you'll be glad you did it now.
The theme is definitely unique.. but I think the idea of death surrounding this is vaguely celebratory and more about a woman being fearful of her dwindling youth. Is that a reason to celebrate? Who told you that 30 is the end of youth? It’s not even considered mid-age?
I agree. I think there are many periods of change that are worth celebrating. I don’t see 30’s as the end of youth.
There are times when we experience something new that is a note-able experience of getting older. I remember a sports injury that I had when I was 21 that made me worry about dwindling youth. But I don’t view aging as a negative thing— though I don’t exactly embrace wrinkles. I’ll be thankful for the experience of continuing my life.
Too many women like me are afraid of getting older. I am still afraid of getting 30 . Everyone like to be young. Not being young seem to me depressing
I think aging and continuing to build life is a gift. To be somewhat afraid of aging, of the future, and of the unknown, I think is normal. As long as you’re not so pessimistic that you miss out on opportunities. That would be regretful.

People generally prefer when people they care about focus on what they have to gain rather than what they have to lose. Now, if both of you are dark souls and drawn to that genre, then there is no problem doing this. Always choose a gift based on what the recipient would appreciate rather than what you'd appreciate. What people say here has nothing to do with what your friend would appreciate.
The hardest thing for me to wrap my mind around is the laying across gravestones, even unmarked ones. I think that’s incredibly disrespectful. I can’t imagine going to a cemetery and seeing someone do this across my loved one’s grave.
I agree with your point about being drawn to the genre and doing something like this.
I’m not a huge believer in (bad) karma but certain things like this, I might be a little superstitious about.
I think it's sad. 30 is still so young, and lets be honest is anyone actually enjoying their 20s? You have no money, no clue what you're doing, and you feel pressured to enjoy being in your time even though you spend most of it feeling like you're scrambling.
I've heard many women say they never age past 29.
Or so they wish lol.
This is just the expression of that. Weirdos lol. But women are weird. So w/e.
I know a lot of women who lie about their age. Without blinking. That’s so weird to me.
You’re right, we are weirdos. In this sense especially. I can’t imagine a man doing a photoshoot for his birthday, let alone in a cemetery.
This is really depressing and morbid. Your life isn't supposed in your 30s. Age is just a number.. You're only as old as you feel.
I also find it a bit disrespectful to the dead.. Cemeteries aren't a tourist attraction
I agree. The worst aspect in my opinion is that they’re in the cemetery over another person’s (even if it’s unmarked) grave.
I like it... a couple of my friends call that just Thursday attire, though
Thursday attire is nice. It’s more the staged photography shoot and the laying across tombstones that I find a bit odd.
yes, I see, and I get it... it can be seen as disrespectful
It may appeal to narcissists. It looks like someone is out if ideas on marketing their photography studio.
Seems like women want to be "FOREVER 21" just like the store. Men like younger women so I guess women are accepting the fact that theyre moving to a new chapter of their lives. Were only getting older by the second
Never heard of it but given I've been old since my early teens it would mean nothing... now I just mark the milestone ages with a bottle of age matched Glenfiddich
Or birth of your 30s. The glass need not be half empty. Fill that sucker to half full. 😁
Yeah I’m more on board with a milestone type of birthday.
Um, lol.. RIP them. I’m black so my melanin slows down aging 😟 y’all be safe though
I totally dig this idea! Although i would have it every decade to make the most out of it!
Disturbing. Anyone who does that is infatuated with death.
Nobody has an edict, we don't know when we will die. Age and death have nothing to do with it, everyone can taste death at any moment.
I haven't heard of it before and even though I just turned 40 I don't feel like my youth is over. But then again I did strive to take care of myself my whole life.
This is stupid and for people who wish for their own deaths.. geez.. It seems like a new Social media Hype..
They should be welcoming your 30s.
Yes, I think so too. A new phase or chapter of life is around every corner.
You decide your life. If you wanna do it, go ahead. Honestly, I find it terrifying
If she's going to do that there should at least be a fully nude portion of it to memorialize her hot 20-something body.
@HiveBee If she's not hot then who cares what she does? :D
She wants to suck satan’s D**k? That’s her thing. Not mine.
I praise Jesus
I have nothing positive to say about the reasoning for the photos, but they're well done.
That's the first time I've heard of something like that. If you want to do a photoshoot like that you can. Go ahead. Best of luck if you do though. Hope the pictures will turn out well.
Ima do this 😍 never herd of it
Seems morbid and unnecessary to me.
Never heard of this, but it seems interesting.
Jesus and women say men do weird shit
Jesus and women both say that?
Yes, this is odd to me.
Sorry for the typo
I was light-heartedly teasing! I know it doesn’t always come across that way online. 😊
Whatever tingles her clit.
Stupid
