Let me answer that this way by asking you a rhetorical question.
If you met a man who was walking around dressed up like Napoleon Bonaparte and he told you he believed he was Napoleon in a fake French accent wouldn't you have doubts about that man's sanity?
Of course you would.
Even if he didn't really think he was Napoleon and he just liked to dress up as a French General you would still think he was strange.

Well guys wearing makeup intended for women and dressing in drag is really the same thing.
You know this is true.

  I guess if you are an entertainer that is earning millions of dollars recording music then a guy can wear makeup and the public will think he is colorful. It worked for David Bowie.
  However if a guy is non of the above then he is just a weirdo. And it doesn't work.

  But these men are doing makeup like girls do to enhance their beauty and they are doing make up to enhance their feminine features and that literally shows that they are struggling with confidence and think being a man in bad..
