So…. generational thing here, I guess, but…. between millenials and now Gen Z, I feel like everyone went digging into the past to resurrect the ugly shit that we swore off 20-30 years ago lmfao. The tall socks with shorts, the oversized old lady glasses, mom jeans, boyfriend jeans, dad sneakers, Fanny packs, a more recent debacle in Crocs…it’s everything people my age (when we were your age) saw dorky older people wearing and we said ABSOLUTELY NOT, lmao. My super baggy jeans from high school were a mistake, but we figured that one out, and now I hear wide-leg jeans will be making a comeback in the 2020s. The moral of the story is: don’t throw away your out of style clothes, they’ll probably come back in a couple decades.
It was funny, I heard that low-rise jeans were coming back for women, music to my 00s-heyday-ass ears. Girls looked so damn fly in the early aughts😍…. BUT, you really needed a very slim figure to pull them off. Saw a funny meme during the pandemic referring to the rumored comeback of low-rise jeans, and it said “Please…with everything going on right now…. please don’t do this to women.”😂😂😂 Fair enough, I worked at Hollister Co back when those were cool, and we hired people based on their appearance and how they looked in the clothes (our job title was “model” [HEAVY LMFAO] so they could legally do it), and pretty much every girl i
worked with was petite and between 17-22, probably the exact demographic that can successfully wear those, lmao. And now, the whole “thicccc” thing is in, and no Kardashian is squeezing a fat butt into those low rise jeans, haha. I wish we weren’t so weird about style, if something is ever good, it should be forever-good. That 1950s Don Draper suit and fedora look? DEADLY. Is it for everyone? No. But those who can pull it off, SHOULD, if they wish, and without society being like “who brought the time traveler?” Same goes for all kinds of “looks” throughout the years. Slender women should rock low-rise flares if they want. If you don’t have the body type suited for it, wear something more flattering. We don’t all
need to wear the same thing, none of us are all built the same or have the same overall “look.” That whole Abercrombie bro look, I used to kill it back in the day, and it was so simple: cargo shorts, t-shirt or polo shirt, and a shell necklace. I was a big visor guy back then too, haha. But the ladies seemed to like it, but then one day, that generation graduates suddenly to “middle aged dork”, and the next generation wants to throw all their shit out the window, and frankly, it’s weird. We all do it, I’m just saying we’re wrong. The young lady pictured (I assume that’s you) looks nice, well put-together, but it’s just the cut of the jeans I don’t care for. I’m fine with the rips, that was big in my day too, I just think something more form-fitting would flatter her figure better. Like when I see women in those, I just think it looks like they stole someone else’s pants that don’t quite fit them correctly, lmao, no offense.
I don't really care about the looks so meh I guess. It just bugs me because wouldn't the jeans fall apart faster? I dunno, but it makes sense to me.
I always wondered why would anyone spend money on something that looks as if it was used, abused and got torn, for several decades. It doesn't matter what is the trend, that will always look immature and as a low taste. And shows off the message that she's so desperate to show her bare knees. In my opinion, in that case, I'd rather recommend wearing fine material shorts of quality or mini skirt...
I know for a fact that I wouldn't be happy with that look on me. The rest of the world can go ahead and wear whatever pleases them.

I like to buy jeans without holes until I wear them out, then I shred them up and make my own holes to make them look new again.. or shall I say “in”. But anyway! That’s how I prolong the life of my jeans.
Wow so much negativity in replies…
Fact: Only your opinion matters when it comes to what you wear. If anything makes you happy, be happy. Everyone else can worry about their own bodies.
Yes, there's no way to make them look good. Even a hot girl in them is basically handicapping herself and could do better.
Personally I don't like them, just because they aren't my style, but if you like them wear them, you don't t have to care about what other think
Yeah you look like you've been on your knees too much (a hoe) or you got into a bear fight and just escaped.
It's cute. I grew up with not a lot of money so my parents never let me wear anything that made me look any more 'street.'
They don't look good on anyone as it will make the person look homeless.
The tighter ones are better and layering up with some fishnets underneath looks sleeker.
You know... I despise pre-ripped clothing... It fakes character... Real damage is an indicator of several things I admire, it's like lower level scars.
Honestly the rips are too big, it looks like someone just took a pair of scissors to them and cut out the knees. I don't mind baggy if it's part of your look.
Yes, I would date a girl with ripped jeans I can't judge her
cause of what she wears
I'm not a huge fan of it, but I can understand why some people like it.
I always wear ripped skinny jeans. NEVER baggy! I hate baggy jeans!
They look better with a low waist and whale tail
Years ago people would throw away jeans that look like that
No! I love jeans that are rip or destroyed, hell I even want to purchase more myself.
They're bad.
I only wear super skinny jeans ;)
Same w again in pink and blue accounts in timeline at same time.
Seinfeld voice: Why would anyone pay full price for ripped jeans! Buy a complete pair!
If they bought that way yes. When they rip over time no like my jeans did.
Goes well with half top, showing lean belly / abs and baggy torn jeans, low waisted.
Baggy, no big deal. The ripped trend? What dumpster did you find them in?
Not if you are going for the "homeless crackhead" look.
I think these look alright
When i was your age dear we had jeans with holes and ripped up we just threw them in the trash and took $10 and got another pair
Yes, girls should wear jeans that flatter their shape, not distract from it
these baggy ripped jeans give the girl an apache, preppy, wannabe and cheap look.
as long as it shows off her ass and cunt i'm fine with seeing them on a woman
No why? Fashions change constantly
I love it I don’t care what men think
Not if she's 14 years old.
My mother would have thrown them out
Seems like a waste of money to me.
Guys always say they are ugly jeans lol
I wouldn't say they are ugly, especially if I can ass cheeks, lol.
No because I hate jeans anyhow
Looks trashy and tramp
Only if they're ripped over the booty.
Damn
i think they're stupid
@007kingifrit. Yes. Paying money for damaged jeans is absurd.
The whole ripped jeans trend looks terrible.
No they make her look wild and untamed
Only if she purchased them that way.
Hideous, ugly asf. Please burn them.
They can be a good look if they are tight enough
Yeah, for the most part
Baggy, not bad
Ripped, bad
Yeah, looks trashy.
Yes, not appealing
Yeah I wear leggings
No it’s not at all.
All ripped jeans are a turn off to me
No I like that look.
that looks weird...
yea and on guys.
Not my thing. :/
Yes.
Yes.
