I'm not really sure, because I only buy hygiene necessities for the most part, which are included in with my grocery budget, and the amount always fluctuates since I run out of things at different times. I rarely buy new clothes and mainly just wear what I have until I need something new.
I also no longer own any makeup because I rarely wear it, and actually threw out all of mine earlier this year because it was all 5-10+ years old (with most of it being over 10 years old), and I was afraid it would irritate my skin if I used it. I haven't replaced it because I wear it so infrequently I'm afraid it would just go to waste. I figure the next time I plan to wear it, whenever that may be, I'll buy it then.
I only buy hair stuff as needed as well, and rarely do anything special to my hair, so I don't have to buy much. I cut it myself too, so don't have to pay for haircuts.
I think I'm okay with how much I spend on this stuff. I'm pretty low maintenance when it comes to appearance and like the fact that that also comes with a lower price tag.

The majority of my money goes towards the gym and health. I know I spend over 100+ dollars a month on: healthy food, vitamins, preworkout, protein shakes, and exercise gear (running shoes, exercise clothes, new equipment, etc..). Do I mind? Absolutely not! I consider that an investment.
Other than that, I don't really spend much on myself: I don't wear makeup... at all. Never have. My hair is easy maintenance: it's done every few months, and throughout the week, I just "wash it and go."
My job attire is scrubs, which after I buy enough, I'm set for years so I barely buy clothes... maybe a top or cute shorts if they're on sale or cheap.
I think I budget my money wisely enough to where I spend the right amount. I consider myself fairly frugal with my finances. When I do treat myself, I don't do it again for a while.
Well I spend good money to keep myself healthy. I want to look my best for a potential mate and be as healthy as possible.

I spend 30 bucks a month on a gym member ship. I can't remember the last time bought cloths or make up. I did get a wax about a week ago for the first time but I don't think that is something that I would do regularly.
I would say that on average I spend about 50 a month on my appearance. I should probably spend more.$175, i take a lot of testosterone enhancing supplements. Its a man's life force. Everything improves when your testosterone is optimal
