OF COURSE! Going to the stylist is a total social event. She’s like a therapist to me, and ditto me for her! Its great to just sit back, get pampered, and get in on the latest gossip! Same goes for the girls who do my mani-pedi’s. Sometimes if you get lucky, the hairstylist gossips about the nail-tech, and the nail-tech gossips about the stylist!

I don't usually get a haircut. When I get my hair done it's usually to get it straightened and my hairdresser trims it. I'm not the one who starts the conversation. My hairdresser starts it and I talk to her

If my hairdresser is female, yes. It's not like I'm hitting on her, it's just like they are the ones who will most likely "show" interest on making a conversation. Ofcourse there will be exceptions.

If it's a dude, if he starts a conversation and the topic is ok, I will talk. I will not initiate one though.

Typically, yes, because I'll be too bored otherwise. Hairdressers are some of the chattiest people I met. I see no reason to be shy. They're like the easiest people to talk to on the planet. You can just blurt random stuff out. They snip-snip and brush their bodies against you and respond in a smooth way.

I like talking to them but I don’t cause I assume their job will be harder if they have to multi task but occasional conversation is good, so long as it isn’t too distracting.

my hairdresser is very chatty and talks about his boyfriend all the time, I usually listen, he's a social butterfly, he also does a great job with my hair and all, which is why I always go to him
