Do you always wear matching socks?

Question

My kids tell me it’s the cool thing to wear mismatched socks. I love it! I’m doing it now too. And I no longer have to match socks in this house. I feel liberated!

I'm a very "straightedge" and bland person, I don't drink, I don't smoke weed, I don't do drugs, I don't steal, I don't lie, I try to be the best person I can be, I always try to treat others kindly the way I wish I was treated, I don't judge other based on superficial means like looks, smarts, sex, orientation, race, when I wear clothes, I wear clothes that match especially socks, I don't vote because I don't trust any government and also because I don't understand politics or the words they use, I don't like small talk because people always talk about things I don't understand and it makes me feel even more retarded, I'm only good at talking about geek culture stuff but not in a competitive way so I can't do trivia games, I have no friends in life or in online games I play, I only came to say I only wear matching socks but my brain and anxiety kick in and I end up rambling and I can't ever stop it.

Usually, I wear matching socks.

Occasionally, I'd intentionally mismatch them like wearing one blue sock with a yellow shoe on one foot while wearing a yellow sock with a blue shoe on the other foot. I'd also go to the extent to blend them with my yin yang denims.

No lol. India is a very humid country, we do not wear socks at home. It has a sweltering climate. I wear slippers at home though, its like slippers I wear only at home. I wear sneakers when I go out. But, when I'm wearing socks for running/jogging, no, I do not mismatch. But I think its cool! You are a cool mom 🥰

I always wear matching socks, but years ago I remember I had some that were more faded than others. So if I was sitting in a chair at work I had a coworker who would notice if they didn't exactly match. Why he was looking at my socks, I don't know... LOL...

I've had some people tell me I'm wearing two different coloured socks because, when I'd put them on it was a tad dark and I couldn't tell the difference between dark blue and black but, I'd just tell then that, to me, they're the same because I go by thickness.

I once left the house and went shopping with two different pairs of shoes. (Well, they were the same type of shoes- they were a ballet flat- just a different colour). Only one person notice. Maybe a trend? 🤔😂

I hate footwear in general but if I'm wearing socks I DO make an effort to match them. Life doesn't always conspire to make it so.
Case in point: I'm wearing one black sock and one Rick & Morty sock as I type this.

Yes. Every few months or so, after they are sufficiently worn out, I throw out every white sock in my house and buy three bags of the same socks so I don’t have to spend the time finding pairs.

I have heavy white socks that I wear with my work boots. Light weight white sock that I wear with my tennis shoes, and black socks that I wear with my dress black shoes. Kind of hard to mix those.

I wear matching socks but I just bulk buy a particular brand so when one half of a pair gets a hole I put the okay one aside until the same happens again... in theory a pack of 12 pairs could become 18 pairs in the end
