What should I do about my surface tragus piercing?

It’s about 7 months old now and it recently started looking like this. I’ve been using tea tree oil so the bump has been getting smaller day by day. I just wonder if I should continue what I’m doing and cleaning it or should I have the piercer take it out? I don’t mind having to take it out if it’s rejecting in some way but I don’t know if it’s rejecting, if I should just switch to a shorter bar or what 💀

you do realize there's puss in that which is why your body is rejecting it because your body doesn't like a foreign object in it. you didn't cleanse it properly or sterilize it and let all that bacteria grow and build on the surface of that metal and under your skin and now you got a bacteria build up of puss ready to be squeezed and popped out and have a whole ton of white puss come out. just be sure to post a video of you popping that sucker out when you do

Definitely go see a doctor. They will probably tell you to take it off. And they will most likely empty it out.

Girl take it out! It migrated and it’s held on by a little piece of skin. It’s cute I would get it pierced again on the other side.

Take that crap out your ear and see a doctor. You might need a course of antibiotics. Or whatever, I don't know.

Remove it and see if it heals, then try putting it back in.
